Supporting the Head of Sales in all marketing activities to oversee, manage and communicate the VOYA brand effectively .
Strategy & Planning
Working closely with Head of Sales to develop marketing strategies and plans to achieve marketing objectives. Complete detailed analysis and report on all marketing activities achieved, on a monthly basis.
Set advertising plan across digital and print platforms. Negotiating rates, secure editorial opportunities while creating strong relations with media suppliers. Manage copy deadline submission.
Digital Marketing/ Content Creation
SEO & Google Analytics Management. Develop digital content and drive engagement across platforms. Work closely with digital agency to deliver effective google AdWords campaign and Facebook activity. Write create and publish weekly blogs and bi monthly newsletter.
Tradeshow & Event Organisation, Budget & ROI Analyses
Planning and organising trade shows and events. Set marketing budgets and control activity; Conduct market research; Monitor competitor activity.
Website and E-commerce
Work closely with web design agency on technical issues that may arise. Project manage new development work on website. Track and monitor web sales.
Manage third party agencies and collaborate within team cross functionally. Working closely with PR agency to deliver monthly PR strategy plan. Organise press events, pop up spas, awards submission and creative product drops. Create strong relations with key press and bloggers.
Graduate education in Marketing, Business or PR , preferably with a minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (digital marketing)
Previous experience in project management & event organisation
Multi-tasker with high level of organisation and drive
Excellent IT skills , Excel PowerPoint , SEO, Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
